By accessing, browsing, registering an account, booking an Ayurvedic doctor consultation, or completing an order on www.aarogyacbd.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Indian central, state, and local laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

This Platform is intended strictly for adults. By using this website, you certify under penalty of applicable law that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). The purchase of therapeutic hemp and medical cannabis formulations by minors is strictly prohibited. Aarogya CBD reserves the right to request government-issued photo ID verification (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Passport) to verify age before fulfilling any order.

Products sold on Aarogya CBD fall into two distinct regulatory classes:

• Non-Prescription Hemp Wellness & Superfoods (OTC): Cold-pressed hemp seed oils, hemp hearts, plant-based protein powders, and cosmetic hemp balms complying with FSSAI regulations and containing no active psychoactive cannabinoids. These can be purchased freely over the counter without a prescription.
• Prescription Medical Cannabis (Schedule E-1 Formulations): Full-spectrum and broad-spectrum Vijaya leaf extracts, medicinal tinctures, and pain oils regulated under Schedule E-1 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945. These formulations can only be dispensed against a valid prescription issued by a registered Ayurvedic, Siddha, Unani, or Allopathic practitioner.

Aarogya CBD acts as an electronic marketplace aggregator and intermediary under Section 2(1)(w) and Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. While we enforce strict vetting, lab testing verification, and AYUSH licensing checks on all onboarded brand partners, the respective manufacturers remain solely responsible for product formulation accuracy, manufacturing warranties, and batch labeling compliance.

All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We accept major payment options including UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking through encrypted payment gateways. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or failure to produce a valid prescription for Schedule E-1 products, in which case a 100% full refund will be immediately initiated.

In no event shall Aarogya CBD, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use products sold on the website. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aarogya CBD from any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of formulations. These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
