To adhere to AYUSH and Schedule E-1 mandates, our fulfillment pipeline operates under two workflows:

• Non-Rx Hemp Nutrition & Topicals: Dispatched within 24 business hours of order placement.
• Schedule E-1 Medical Cannabis Formulations: Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours following successful verification of your uploaded prescription or completion of your Ayurvedic doctor teleconsultation.

Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted public holidays are processed and dispatched on the immediate following business day.

Typical transit durations from the time of courier handover:

As soon as your parcel is scanned into the courier hub, an automated notification containing your Tracking Number (AWB) and a live tracking link is dispatched via Email and WhatsApp/SMS. You can track parcel milestones in real-time or visit our Track Your Order page at any time.

Courier riders will attempt delivery up to three (3) times and send an OTP/call notification before marking an order as Return to Origin (RTO). Please ensure accurate street addresses, landmark references, and active contact numbers during checkout. If a parcel returns to our warehouse due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, our support desk will contact you to coordinate re-dispatch.
