Marketplace Seller & Vendor Policy

Aarogya CBD is a curated medical cannabis and Ayurvedic hemp aggregator. To preserve patient safety, brand credibility, and statutory harmony with Indian drug laws, only licensed manufacturers, registered distributors, and authorized brand owners meeting our rigorous compliance criteria may onboard as sellers.

Prospective vendors must submit the following verified documentation prior to merchant activation:

• Valid Manufacturing License issued under Form 25D of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945 by the State Licensing Authority (Ayurvedic/Unani/Siddha).
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Certification.
• FSSAI License for all dietary hemp nutrition products (hemp seeds, hearts, protein powder, cold-pressed seed oil).
• Valid Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) and Permanent Account Number (PAN).
• Trademark Registration Certificate or official brand authorization letter.

All formulations listed by sellers must adhere strictly to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, and the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985.

Sellers are strictly forbidden from making unsubstantiated, misleading, or illegal health claims under the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954.

Prior to listing any batch on the marketplace, sellers must provide a current Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an accredited NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) facility. The COA must verify:

• Exact potency profiles for CBD, THC, CBG, CBN, and total cannabinoid spectrum.
• Purity screen confirming zero heavy metal contamination (Lead, Arsenic, Cadmium, Mercury).
• Microbial analysis (E. coli, Salmonella, Yeast & Mold within Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia limits).
• Screening verifying absence of synthetic cannabinoids, residual solvents, and banned agricultural pesticides.

Customer satisfaction hinges on rapid fulfillment and secure pharmaceutical handling:

• Dispatch SLA: Orders must be packed and handed to assigned courier partners within 24 to 48 business hours of prescription confirmation.
• Tamper-Evident Packaging: All liquid drops, balms, and capsules must feature factory-sealed shrink wrapping or tamper-evident break seals. Amber glass bottles must be wrapped in heavy bubble sleeves to withstand pan-India transit.
• Discreet Outer Shipping: Boxes and courier flyers must remain completely neutral with zero external graphics advertising cannabis or intoxicants.

The financial relationship between Aarogya CBD and marketplace sellers operates on transparent, bi-weekly settlement cycles:

• Marketplace Commission: Standard category commission rates (as stipulated in your individual Vendor Agreement) are deducted from net order values.
• Payout Cycle: Payouts are reconciled and disbursed bi-weekly (1st and 16th of each calendar month) for all orders successfully delivered past the 7-day customer return window.
• TCS & TDS Deductions: Applicable Tax Collected at Source (TCS) under GST and TDS under Section 194-O of the Income Tax Act are systematically deducted and remitted with official certificates.

Aarogya CBD enforces an absolute zero-tolerance policy against counterfeit items, expired inventory, tampered batches, or unauthorized brand replication. Any vendor caught listing substandard or unverified formulations will face:

• Immediate suspension and permanent delisting of merchant account.
• Immediate forfeiture of accrued payout balances to compensate affected patients.
• Formal reporting to State AYUSH licensing departments and Drug Inspectors.
• Full indemnification of Aarogya CBD and Madly Styles against third-party claims.

Either party may terminate the marketplace partnership with 30 days prior written notice, subject to fulfilling all open customer orders and resolving pending customer warranty or transit defect claims. All commercial disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
